By accessing or using AiTokMart's website and services at aitokmart.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

AiTokMart provides enterprise-level AI interface aggregation and token technical services, including:
- Multi-model AI API access (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and others)
- Enterprise token wholesale and agency services
- Cross-border technical service and interface customization
- 24/7 enterprise technical support
- Facebook Login authentication for platform access
All services are limited to lawful business application scenarios and must not be used for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
You may create an account using Facebook Login or other supported methods. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at liang@aitokmart.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
- Use our AI API services only for legal and ethical business purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell without authorization, or misuse our services
- Not use our platform to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Respect the intellectual property rights of AiTokMart and third parties
5. Payments & Refund Policy
Fees for our services are described on the relevant service pages. All payments are processed securely.
- Prepaid tokens: Unused tokens may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no API calls have been made.
- Subscription services: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Disputes: Contact us at liang@aitokmart.com within 30 days of the charge.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and services on aitokmart.com — including but not limited to software, interfaces, designs, and documentation — are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to AiTokMart.
No unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
7. Service Availability & Limitations
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for:
- Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
- Service limitations imposed by upstream AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
- Losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services
8. Account Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time:
- By you: Contact us to close your account. We will process account deletion within 30 days.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiTokMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Guangzhou, China.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
