🔵 Facebook API Data We Access

Our platform integrates with the Facebook Graph API to allow authorized users to publish content to, and retrieve analytics from, Facebook Pages they administer. Through this integration, we access:

• Page information — Page name, Page ID, fan count, and basic page details for pages you authorize
• Page access tokens — Used to publish posts and read engagement data on your behalf; stored encrypted
• Post engagement data — Impressions, reach, video views, likes, comments, shares for analytics display
• Published posts — Content of posts published via our platform, for task tracking and analytics

🔑 Facebook Permissions We Request

When you connect a Facebook Page, we request only the minimum permissions required:

• pages_manage_posts — To publish and manage posts on your authorized Facebook Pages
• pages_read_engagement — To read reach, engagement, and analytics data for your pages
• pages_show_list — To retrieve the list of pages you administer for selection in our dashboard
• pages_read_user_content — To read existing posts on managed pages for analytics purposes

We do not request permissions beyond those listed above. You can review and revoke our access at any time via your Facebook App Settings.

📋 Other Data We Collect

• Account information — Name, email address provided at registration
• Usage data — Publishing task logs, login timestamps, feature usage for service delivery
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device info for security and fraud prevention

🎯 How We Use Your Data

• Publishing content to your authorized Facebook Pages via the Graph API
• Displaying analytics and engagement metrics in your dashboard

We retain your account data and page tokens for as long as your account is active. Publishing task logs are retained for 90 days for debugging purposes. If you request deletion, all personal data and page tokens are permanently deleted within 30 days, except where legally required to retain.

We only use Facebook data for the purposes stated in this policy and in our Facebook App review submission. We do not use Facebook data to create data profiles of users unrelated to our platform's core functionality.
